We would like to inform you that organizing committee has blocked few rooms in Trivandrum and Kovalam during the conference. We have negotiated very good deals for accommodation at the venue as well as in nearby hotels within 12 kms radius from venue. The month of November / December is a peak season in Trivandrum / Kovalam with lot of social, cultural events and marriages. So, we request you to book accommodation as early as possible to avoid last minute disappointment & inconvenience. Transport to and fro from the conference venue will be provided for the conference hotels only. Considering the fact of high peak season we have taken an extension on the room block on the given special rates valid till 15th October 2023.
The given rates are valid till 30th October 2023 and thereafter rooms will be subject to availability.

Priority will be given to the students on first cum first serve basis, rooms will be subject to availability. Kindly book before 30th October 2023.

2. With your conference registration number please write to us for the accommodation
3. Once we receive the request of your accommodation booking with the dates, we shall send you payment details on your email id registered with conference.

- If you opt for Twin sharing room, kindly give us the name of the room partner with whom you would like to share the room, else we shall provide the room partner.
