Visa Application Information

The PPS 2023 is offering this information as a courtesy to conference attendees. Any questions should be directed to the Indian government or the appropriate governmental body of your home country.

Visa: Almost all international visitors are required to secure a visa for entry into India, including those from the United States and Europe. Currently, 165 countries are eligible for e-visas. You may obtain full information and apply at this link: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html

There are two possible visa options:

1. Tourist Visa

The e-tourist visa validity period is 30 days from the date of arrival in India.

Tourist visa applications may be submitted 30 days prior to your arrival in India.

Advantages of Tourist Visa:

• Simplest application process
• Quicker response time

Disadvantages of Tourist Visa:

• Slightly higher rejection rate than Conference Visas

2. Conference Visa

Exhibit personnel are advised to apply for an e-conference visa.

E-conference visa applications may be submitted 120 days prior to your arrival in India.

Advantages of Conference Visa:

• Minimal chance of rejection
• May be required for exhibitors and attendees from certain countries

Disadvantages of Conference Visa:

• Longer time to receive the required approval letters from the Indian Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)
• Increased scrutiny in approval process If you chose to apply for an e-conference visa, please complete the following steps:

1. Register to attend the conference: Upon completion of your attendee registration you will be emailed an invitation letter for the purpose of securing a visa. Keep a copy of this letter for the visa application.

2. Complete this Google form with your personal and passport information: The PPS 2023 and Dreamz Conference Management will submit this information to the Indian MEA & MHA. Once clearance is received you will receive an email with the required PDF letter.

3. Upon receipt of the approval letters from the Indian MEA & MHA complete your e-conference visa application here:

When applying you will need to upload:

• A copy of your passport
• The invitation from the PPS 2023 you received upon registering for the congress
• Political Clearance from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India
• Event Clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Government of India (optional) In addition to your personal information, you will need the following information as you go through the application screens for your e-conference visa:
